Had a similar issue. We were using the PRO2200 Series panels. The install was around Aug 2012, Honeywell stated that the panel's power supplies had a bad ground connection. Shayughul - Did you get this resolved? Are you running WinPakc from a client PC with any type of virtualization software? VMware Player or Oracle VM Box. Recently we setup WinPak and I had the same issue. We had to disable the VM adapter on the client machine. For some reason this was causing an issue
